About Me
Hello everyone! My name is Savana (or Vana for short) and I am so thrilled that you are here considering Soliloquy for your therapeutic needs! I am a Latina, pansexual woman who is passionate for accessible mental health care and cultivating strong therapeutic bonds with my clients. I am a recent graduate from Regis University in Denver, CO with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy in December of 2023. In 2021, I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. After facing my own mental health struggles, I realized my passion for the various psychological approaches that aid those in personal and relational distress. I found that my love of humor and laughter combined with therapeutic research aligned with play therapy and the rest is history! I hope to develop therapeutic relationships with people who are dedicated to their healing, as well as find the joy and humor that healing can often provide.
When I am not providing therapy for my clients, I love being with my many doggy nieces and nephews, watching reality TV, and enjoying the fun and vibrant culture of Austin, TX (:
