Group Details
This group provides a space to build community with others who share similar experiences with these diagnoses and build strength within the community and oneself. We will have opportunities to share the information that we have learned about these diagnoses, as well as provide insight on all the ways they can impact mental health, relationships, lifestyle, etc. Weekly prompts that resonate with the group’s need will be supplemented and processed. In doing so, the sessions will be given structure for an open dialogue and a focus each week on a few aspects of these diagnoses.

Mentorship Magic: Group Therapy for Teens
Group Details
The goal of these group therapy sessions is not only to aid in identity exploration for teens/adolescents, but also to build connections with other teens/tweens. In doing so, support systems, resources, education, and emotion regulation skills will be built and expanded upon.
